For this project you must develop and upload a 10 minute power point or prezzi production of the topic you select. Your program must be uploaded by the time you are scheduled to present it in class or on line. You must also respond to a classmate’s program. Explain what you liked or thought about the classmate’s entry. For this assignment you must select a topic from the list below. This is part of the International Education component of the course so we will be choosing topics that are tribal cultures, a genre of art that focuses on a major artist within that genre or an art form within a particular culture. Remember that genres of art are things like painting, music, architecture, weaving, pottery, literature, poetry, sculpture , photography, film and so on. Major artists will be listed by last name only. It is your job to create a program that tells me everything about a tribal culture, or a specific artist or or an art form within a particular culture. You must include audio and visual elements of the item you select in your presentation. So your presentation should be a combination or melding of text, graphics, a 1-2 minute video insert from a source like Youtube and camera shots of you as you present the program. *****WARNING – Two people from the same on land section cannot present the same topic.
